During the KronosWorks conference in Las Vegas, Kronos introduced Workforce Tablet, a new app designed for the Apple iPad. The solution—available in the Apple App Store—provides real-time access to the Kronos Workforce Central suite. The list of key features mentioned in the press release (i.e., analytics, geosensing, scheduling, staffing, and time card approvals) indicates that the app is intended for users in management positions. Mr. Bill Bartow, vice president of global product management at Kronos, points out:
