Furthermore, the Interaction Advisor employs real-time predictive analytics and cross-channel business rules to send adequate offers to customers.

With the launch of the Customer Interaction Hub and the acquisition of Orbis in 2012, Infor appears to be interested in advancing its Epiphany CRM solution. At least for the moment.
